All products are covered solely by the original manufacturer´s warranty unless specifically stated otherwise. The Miami Corporation makes no additional warranties independent of such manufacturer´s warranty. For complete warranty details please look to the bottom of this page or call/write Miami for a copy.

Manufacturers' Warranties

Return Policy

1. All items being returned to Miami Corp for credit must have a Miami Corp issued RMA number and this number must be fully visible on the outside of the package. Any item sent to us without a visible and valid RMA number     will be refused.
2. In order to obtain an RMA number, please call our Customer Service Department by phone 800-543-0448 or through our Contact Us page. Have your account number and invoice number ready.
3. For proper consideration of credit items should be returned in their original packaging, with all manufacturer's manuals and warranty cards.
4. The Miami Corporation reserves the right to deny any return, charge restocking fees, and charge return freight fees at our discretion.

Some of the factors used to determine the credit amount given are:

• special order/custom manufactured item, unless defective are not returnable
• marked or cut material
• item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
• item that has signs of use
• item not in its original packaging
• item that has been opened
• item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
• item returned for a color match, but matches our master sample
• Non-Returnable Items
• Any special order/custom manufactured item, unless defective.

Labor Credit

• Any labor credit pursued must be requested by the original purchaser at the time of RMA issuance. Miami Corporation will issue labor credit to the original purchaser IF AND ONLY IF the manufacturer or supplier of the item has agreed to cover labor for the item in question. This credit is issued after the item is returned back to the manufacturer, the manufacturer has agreed to cover a labor credit, and that labor credit has been received by the Miami Corporation. We will only issue labor credits in the amount that was issued by the manufacturer or supplier.

Miami Corporation Complete Warranty

THE MIAMI CORPORATION (“MIAMI CORP.”)  IS A DISTRIBUTOR OF PRODUCTS AND DOES NOT MANUFACTURE THEM.  ANY WARRANTY COVERING SUCH PRODUCTS IS SUPPLIED BY THE MANUFACTURER.  MIAMI CORP. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, OR OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, OR THAT ANY AFFIRMATION OF FACT OR PROMISE IS MADE BY MIAMI CORP. WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS.  BUYER HEREBY WAIVES ALL OTHER CLAIMS AGAINST MIAMI CORP. AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MIAMI CORP. BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LABOR, LOST TIME, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES OR EXPENSES, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, FABRICATION, DISTRIBUTION, SALE, HANDLING, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS, OR FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE RELATING THERETO, AND MIAMI CORP.’S LIABILITY, IN ANY CASE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO, AT MIAMI CORP.’S SOLE ELECTION, THE REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, OR TO PROVIDE A REFUND TO BUYER WITH AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE COST OF THE MATERIAL ONLY.  CLAIMS AGAINST MIAMI CORP. WAIVED BY BUYER INCLUDE ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, CLAIM OR SUIT ASSERTING ANY LEGAL, EQUITABLE AND/OR ADMIRALTY OR MARITIME CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INDEMNITY OR CONTRACT, CONTRIBUTION, OR SUBROGATION) RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THE PERFORMANCE OR NONPERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, OR THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, FABRICATION, DISTRIBUTION, SALE, HANDLING, INSTALLATION OR MAINTENANCE OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS.
