Cincinnati Will Call

We have set up a 24-hour order pick-up room. It is located under the blue awning on the front left of our building. There is a digital keypad next to the door that will allow you to enter after entering your account number.
This allows you to pick up orders when it’s convenient for you.

Terms

All orders must be NET 30, Credit Card or Bill Trust COD (Paid via Electronic Check) only. There will be no check or cash payment options. All orders are invoiced when they are placed in the room.

When Will Orders be Ready?

Orders placed before 11 AM EST will be available for pick-up at 11:30 AM EST
Orders placed before 3 PM EST will be available for pick-up at 3:30 PM EST
Orders placed before 5 PM EST will be available for pick-up at 6:15 PM EST

How to Access the 24 Hour Will Call Room for Pick-Ups. 

Enter your code into the keypad by the door and then press the # key. You will have your own unique code. The code is your current account number.

Any theft, misuse or vandalism associated with your code is your responsibility.  This could include loss of 24/7 privilege to legal action.
